  1. Der Heyser Klezmer:
Literally "The Hot Klezmer," this is a medley of two traditional klezmer favourites.
  2. Celebrity’s Lament:
A tragic tale of the consequences of media overexposure. As the child of two journalists David learned early that it isn't always good when the press knows what you're doing.
  3. Three Chords:
This grew from a casual remark made at a jam that came back days later somewhat expanded. I did write this on the front porch and there was a bear in the fruit tree. The rest is pure whimsey.
  4. Drug on the Market:
It has always amazed us that teachers and paediatricians can convince parents that sedating their children will help thm learn to behave normally. We should point out that the expression "to help him have a happy, fuller childhood" is copyrighted by Glaxo-Smith-Kline, Incorporated and used here without permission.
  5. Gut Morgen/Reb Dovidl:
Another klezmer medley. "Gut Morgen" is a piece the band usually played when they felt it was time to go home, and "Reb Dovidl" was a huge crossover hit known across Europe before the Second World War.
  6. Liar’s Love Song:
What the other love songs would say if we were honest. Would we lie to you?
  7. Two Left Feet:
Mary likes this one because it is about her. The instrumental bridge may sound familiar, and it should. Everything we wrote came out sounding like imitation Strauss so we figured that if we were going to steal something we should steal the very best.
  8. Fair Nancy:
I heard a couple of veterans exchanging stories when I was young, and this one came back in verse years later.
  9. Remember:
Perhaps the first thing we should teach our children is to be careful what they ask for.
  10. Nakht In Gan Eydn:
Introduced by a classic Doyna which we consider very appropriate. If you are going to spend "A Night In The Garden Of Eden" you should always check for snakes.
  11.   Mushrooms:
Sometimes you start playing and a song comes out. I blame this one on growing up in a government town.
  12. Bonus Density:
A lament for the Victoria that we grew up in, sacrificed in the rush to make money.
  13. Christmas:
David used to switch shifts with other workers who wanted the holiday off and spent several Christmases watching the same people pass through the Emergency Room every year. I dawned on him that there was a significant minority opinion that is seldom expressed in song.
  14. Retired:
Unions fight for wages and benefits, but the biggest win of all was the ticket out the door.
  15. Alto Yozarto/Leben Zol Palestina:
"Ato Yozarto" is the Creation as descibed in the opening verses of Torah; the doyna is based on a rendition recorded by Cantor Yosele Rosenblatt in 1919. "Leben Zol Palestina" is a dance from the early Zionist movement about escaping the oppression of the exile and returning to a homeland where we will be safe and welcome. Perhaps we need to refer to the notes for "Remember".
